The large bedrooms all have en-suite facilities; with adjoining rooms for couples, telephone/TV points and a care call system in all rooms. There are numerous cosy lounges, dining rooms, reading rooms, games rooms, bathrooms and shower rooms on all floors. The home has other facilities that include a hair dressing/beauty salon, kitchen, laundry and lifts to all floors, plus servery areas for visitors.

Ormesby Grange has an internal rose garden with various walkways and seating areas together with pergolas and flower beds. Externally from the development are various patios and extensive garden and lawn areas, with block paved walkways and seating areas for everyone to enjoy with easy access for the disabled, together with a large car park.
